Leading up to my second Birth
After 6 years of obsessively studying birth, in all its forms, taking courses, retreats, workshops, book after book, getting into medical school, turning it down and so on and so on... I finally found what I was looking for, teachings of birth from women who had done it themselves. Story after story; and the deep mother centered wisdom of undisturbed physiological birth. Peaceful, gentle, powerful, intense and MOTHERLED.
Could it be that all the information is completely unnecessary? What did these woman have that I don´t?
Turns out- nothing! What one woman can do - all woman can do as one of my teachers, an elder midwife says.
And it also turned out that I could bring my son to the world in this way. Learning how to fully trust my body, how to prepare the internal landscape and the what ifs.

I have two different courses available right now. one shorter where there might be some more specific Q&As and working directly with a specific topic. And one long course where I work deep with the mother and partner to prepare and peel of layers and layers of conditioning concerning birth, I support the family toward a sovereign path that you are choosing for their birth.

The full Childbirth Education course takes you on a full deep dive into all the subjects I offer.
I work fully on the dynamics of those who will attend the birth, sharing-witnessing and mentoring will be combined to an informative class.
There will be shedding layers of conditioning and a process of rewiring our narrative around birth, based in a scientific standpoint of physiological birth as it unfolds naturally (when undisturbed).
All of this to create a deep knowing and remembrance of birth, without fear, in full trust and confidence in our human God-given Design.
