My 1:1 Sessions
These sessions are called Birth Integration Sessions, I offer these online and in person where I witness and hold your birth story, whether it was marvelous or traumatic. As humans we need story, not only to hear them but to tell our own.
The birth of our children and us as mothers is a core event in our lives.
Sadly our culture do not have a designated space for us women to tell our birth stories, it is such a simple thing but it is essential for the mother to do it.
Integration can help us pass through the change of becoming mothers, because it is a real shift and I believe that marking that shift in SOME way will help us model our new identities.

Where you asked to tell your story fully without interruption after you gave birth?
Or did you try to tell it but where funneled into listening to the other womans story?
These are very common scenarios for new mothers, and as we are on the path of healing birth and motherhood, to truly raise sound children and safe strong families with love and harmony we need to witness each others stories, some stories inspire, they where stories of power and endurance, and some stories, we carry together so that the mother wont bear it all by her self.
My mission here is being a sister in motherhood, mirroring for deeper integration and hopefully healing.
